Once you are logged in, you will see a calendar. This calendar will display the current month with the option to move to previous or next month.

The dates on which you have to do the workout programs will be marked in yellow. These are the dates assigned by your trainer for you. The dates on which you have to do the workouts will have link to "View program". When you click on that link, you will get the complete details of the workout program.
